WHAT´S THE PROCEDURE?


1. After contacting the company, there will be a free consultation which carries no obligation. (In case the client lives in another city, this can also be done by sending photographs of the space that needs to be organized).


2. After evaluating the space and discussing with the client to understand the objectives, a budget proposal will be sent including the following:

→ Price of the project
→ Expected timeline
→ Date and time of project execution
→ Suggestion of products that can help to organize the space
→ A maintenance plan
→ Once the budget has been accepted and the contract signed, the client will need to pay 30% of the total upfront before the start of the project.

3. After finishing the project, the client will make the payment of the remaining 70% via bank transfer or cash. At this point, the client will also be able to book a maintenance visit if he/she wishes.

NB: If the client lives in another city, the price of the project will also include travel costs.

This service can be hired to organize the following types of spaces;

  • Refrigerators
  • Seasonal wardrobe changes 
  • Work spaces
  • Organize a move
In the case of organizing a move, MIMI & CO. EST 2012 will accompany the client during the entire process: purging of unwanted goods, packing and organizing and setting up house upon arrival.
